Hyderabad, Oct.5 : The Union Minister of the state for Home Affairs G. Kishan Reddy today said that he would take up the responsibility of bringing money from the center towards its share for the construction of the houses irrespective of their number.
He alleged that the state government had failed in the construction of the double bedroom houses. He made these remarks after visiting the double bedroom houses at Musheerabad Assembly constituency along with former MLA Dr. K. Laxman.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that it was the failure of the state government to not construct the houses whose works had commenced in the year 2015. He alleged that the state government had used the double bedroom houses promise for winning in the elections. He alleged that the state government had used the Money meant for the construction of the double bedroom houses . He reminded that 7 lakh double bed houses were built in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh state by using the funds of the central government. (NSS)
